This is why we believe that getting to know our guests before they even come to stay is very important for them and their owners.  Excellent communication before during and after a stay is key to this, to help everyone enjoy their break carefree.

We are also committed to caring for our environment, with is why we are proud to be working with Business Wales and Circular Revolution on continuing to reduce our carbon footprint as part of our Green Growth Pledge.   To do this we have gone paperless,  buy our dog food from Penny's Pet Shop also based in Ystalyfera and use wood pellet cat litter, grown and produced in Wales.
